Domestic Mail Redirection and Mail Holding Services Refund Policy

The following refunds are available to customers who cancel their domestic Mail Redirection or the Mail Holding Service.

Business & Government	Mail Redirection Mail Holding	First month	Nil for first month of service
Business & Government	Mail Redirection Mail Holding	Subsequent months	$30 per unused whole month

International Mail Redirection Service Refund Policy #

The following refunds are available to customers who cancel the International Mail Redirection service.

# Refunds policy stated above only applies to International Redirections that are new or extended on or after 13 June 2005 .

*Definition of concession for the purposes of Mail Redirection & Mail Hold services.
To qualify for the concession rates, customers must be holders of one of the cards shown in the table:
